Scott Williams is Sr VP of Finance for AAC, a position he has held since 1994. Mr. Williams and his staff are responsible for all financial and legal matters and overseas the Human Resources department.

Mr. Williams has over 15 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining AAC, Mr. Williams served as a Financial Analyst for Milford Management.

Mr. Williams is a member of various professional organizations and civic organizations in Long Island.

Gregg Bauer is the VP of Production Systems PA Operations and has been with AAC since 2005. In this capacity, Mr. Bauer is responsible for the transition, certification, integration, and support of combat system technologies in accordance with AAC's enterprise engineering processes.

Mr. Bauer has over 20 years of experience in defense and the defense industry. Prior to joining AAC, Mr. Bauer served as Chief of Staff to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense. In addition, Mr. Bauer served as an active duty Naval Intelligence Officer in support of operations NOBLE EAGLE and ENDURING FREEDOM, having been recalled to active duty after the events of 9/11/01. Prior to his recall, Mr. Bauer was a Naval Reserve officer and served in various leadership positions within the defense industry.

Mr. Bauer holds a Masters Degree from the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, and an undergraduate degree from Trenton State College. He is a Senior Editor for the non-profit World Security Network, a former Editorial Stringer for Navy Times newspaper, and has authored numerous articles on national security topics.

Richard Lawless is Sr VP of Corporate Operations for AAC, a position he has held since 1992. In this capacity, Mr. Lawless is responsible for contracts management, product assurance, configuration management and integrated logistics support.

Mr. Lawless has twenty-five years of experience in all aspects of the management of DOD projects from development through product delivery.

Prior to joining AAC, Mr. Lawless was the program manager for all Norden System Trainers at United Technologies, Norden Systems, Inc.

Mr. Lawless is a member of the National Contracts Managers Association.

Mr. Lawless has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Hofstra University.

Robert Olsen is VP of Advanced Technologies MD Operations and has been with AAC since 2000. In this capacity, Mr. Olsen insures that AAC programs meet or exceed customer requirements for cost, schedule and technical performance.

Mr. Olsen has nearly twenty years of program management and engineering experience in the acquisition, procurement, development, integration, testing, fielding and life cycle of U.S. Navy warfare systems. Prior to joining AAC, Mr. Olsen served as project manager and functional group head of the ACAT III CV-TSC for U.S. Navy Program Executive Office – (PEO-MUW) Mine and Undersea Warfare.

Mr. Olsen is a member of the Project Management Institute, The International Society of Logistics, U.S. Naval Institute and Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Mr. Olsen received a B.S. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University.

Brian Boyle is Sr VP of Corporate Development at AAC, a position he has held since 1995. In this capacity, Mr. Boyle is responsible for corporate development, marketing and strategic planning.

Mr. Boyle has over twenty-five years of experience in working with the U.S. Navy, first as a submariner and subsequently with defense contractors. He has specialized in work for the anti-submarine warfare community as both a business development manager and an industrial development manager.

Mr. Boyle serves on the boards of numerous civic and educational organizations in the communities where AAC offices are located.

Mr. Boyle received a B.S. in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.

Larry Camillo is the VP of Integrated Systems NY Operations and has been with AAC since 2007. In this capacity, Mr. Camillo is responsible for advanced development, engineering development, and full scale development activities for Multi-Warfare Interoperability, Training, and Readiness system technologies in accordance with AAC's enterprise engineering processes.

Mr. Camillo has over 20 years of experience in defense and the defense industry. Prior to joining AAC, Mr. Camillo served for 18 years as a civilian within the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. This experience includes program management, acquisition, business and finance, and engineering experience in the acquisition, procurement, development, integration, testing, fielding and life cycle of U.S. Navy warfare systems. Prior to moving to his current role, Mr. Camillo served as the Director of Contracts for AAC.

Mr. Camillo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He also holds a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Maryland. In 1996, Mr. Camillo received the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award for his outstanding support of the AN/UYS-2A program.
